About Us

After 33 years in the Royal Navy and with over 30 years’ experience in first aid, training, mentoring, and coaching, Kevin Rashleigh set up Rotas Training.

Rotas Training delivers high quality First Aid training, both Physical and Mental Health, to businesses, community organisations, schools and individuals.

Away from the workplace but running alongside, Kevin has been a Sea Cadet Instructor for 19 years. He is currently the Devon District Warrant Officer, District Staff Officer for First Aid, a Communications and Safeguarding Instructor and has developed a love of boating albeit in much smaller vessels than previously.

Outside of this Kevin loves overseas travel with his wife reaching parts of the world that his career didn’t take him; travelling in the UK in his motorhome and enjoying family life with 7 grandchildren and a grand dog.

What our clients say

Very engaging, knowledgeable and passionate.

Kevin is an excellent trainer and communicates very well. I appreciated his patience during the exam as I was very nervous and he put me at ease. Thank you.

A great course

It delivers what is required to tackle the often delicate matter of Mental Health. Kevin is very supportive and explained all elements thoroughly and had good interactions during the day.
