Virtual Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health Level 1
This half day virtual course is suitable for anyone within a workplace or at home, as it provides learners with the knowledge to identify suspected mental health conditions as well as the skills to start a conversation and be able to signpost a person towards professional help.
Virtual First Aid for Mental Health Level 2
This virtual 1 day course covers the content of the Level 1 course but also expands on the effects of drugs and alcohol, and incorporates the First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan and covers ways on which a positive mental health culture can be supported within the workplace. The student will be required to complete a 1 hour virtual question and answer assessment.
Virtual Supervising First Aid for Mental Health Level 3
This 2 day virtual upgrade course goes into detail on a wide range of mental health conditions and the support and help provided by healthcare professionals. It covers the content of both the Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications but is aimed at Trainer/ Assessors and/or supervisor level within the workplace. Students will be required to conduct a 1 hour virtual question and answer assessment.
Virtual Supervising First Aid for Mental Health Upgrade Level 3
This 1-Day virtual upgrade course goes into detail on a wide range of mental health conditions and the support and help provided by healthcare professionals. Individuals wishing to attend this course must have completed the First Aid for Mental Health Level 2 course within the previous 6 weeks. Students will be required to conduct a 1 hour virtual assessment.
Virtual First Aid for Youth Mental Health Level 2
This 1-Day virtual course looks What is First Aid for Youth Mental Health, Identifying mental health conditions, providing advice and starting a conversation, Stress, the affects of Drugs and Alcohol, and the First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan. It also covers Depression , Anxiety, Self harm, Suicide, Eating Disorders and Bullying. Students will be required to complete a 1 hour question and answer assessment.
